About the project

Air Travel Claims assist people who have suffered a delayed or cancelled flight, and are entitled to compensation under EU regulations.

We created a public-facing website that estimates the compensation due, based on a range of different factors, including the distance of the flight, the duration of the delay and whether the airline is based in the EU.

The company also generates leads through offline channels including direct marketing. We created a customer relationship management system that stores full details about each claim, including a history of all correspondence. The system has various workflow rules to automatically notify the client as their claim progresses, and prompt them when documents require signing, or additional information is required. It helps streamline the business administration, by producing the documentation required by the airlines, in order to pursue a compensation claim. It also features a reporting suite, allowing senior managers to monitor the progress of claims, and assess the overall effectiveness of lead generation channels.
